Chef Cares began in March of 2020 as a collaborative effort with over 70 of Thailand's renowned chefs and corporate sponsors to donate delicious and nutritious meals to frontline hospital and transit personnel during the initial fight against Covid-19. Over four months the project delivered over 30,000 lunch boxes and helped to lift spirits during a difficult time. Thus, the Chef Cares ready meal project was born. This initiative is meant to provide sustainable funding as 100% of the profits go directly towards the foundation's charitable activities, while also serving as an educational piece that furthers the conversation about healthy lifestyles. Of course, as each exclusive recipe comes one of our amazingly talented chefs, these meals also demonstrate that you don't have to sacrifice flavor for good nutrition. Moreover, sales from the ready meal project currently provide funding for two charitable activities, with plans for many more to be added in the future. TheChef Cares Dream Academyprovides underprivileged youth with the chance to pursue their culinary dreams, and Thai Taste is a digital archive of Thai culinary wisdom and recipes, developed as a free resource for a world-wide audience that helps to preserve Thailand's gastronomic heritage.

Position Export Sales Manager (Europe Market) & Export Sales Manager (Middle East, Oceania Market)

Job Description

  • Manageoverseas sales performance and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to study and analyze the needs of the customers to generate new market initiatives.
  • Conduct negotiations to meet customer needs, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationshipsand build trustwith current and potential clients.
  • Support and communicate effectively with overseas distributors, importers, exporters and other related teams both internal and external.
  • Coordinate internallywithin the company and its subsidiariesfor seamless sales processes and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze the progress of salesandprovideregular reportsto the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree inBusiness Administration,Economics, Food Science, Food Technology, oranyrelated field.
  • 2-5years ofinternationalexportsales experiencein the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills for effective collaboration.
  • Autonomy and adaptability in varied work situations.
  • Entrepreneurialmindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Advanced in Thai & English communication (Speaking and Writing Skills).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including to upcountry zones and occasionally abroad.
