The Role

Reporting to a Senior Client Services Manager, this role is responsible for managing local client relationships and delivery of services to those clients. Within the role you will have full responsibility for any Instant services (as well as hard FM and soft services) delivered to your local clients.

You will require a full understanding of your clients requirements to ensure that solutions are delivered to time, budget & to client satisfaction. You will also be expected to recognise opportunities for selling additional services to clients.

You will integrate seamlessly with the client contacts while still adhering to Instant's values and keeping an eye on the commercial aspects of the contract.

What will you be doing

  • Deliver contracted Facilities Management services with exceptional customer service, while driving best-in-class health and safety practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client contacts, decision-makers, and influencers to manage client accounts effectively.
  • Proactively exceed client expectations and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation, delivery, and renewal of FM contracts.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate concerns within your area of responsibility.
  • Support account development plans and contribute to client tenders and pitches.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and invoicing using relevant software.
  • Oversee procurement, mobilisation, and ongoing supplier management, including hard and soft services on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory, and operational policies.
  • Manage operational budgets and maintain strong relationships with building landlords.
  • Handle procurement of small items/services, churn works, and move management.

  • Extensive experience in delivering hard and soft Facilities Management solutions.
  • Strong client relationship management and account development skills.
  • Proven track record in managing service providers, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and demonstrating initiative.
  • Knowledgeable in outsourcing processes, particularly FM services.
  • Experience with P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Engaging personality with a strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
