Position: Facility Engineer (Thailand)
Location: Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province, Thailand
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and maintain critical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Work with contractors to ensure that new buildings or renovations are designed to meet the needs of the facility.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment and systems remain in good working order.
- Respond to emergencies, such as power outages or plumbing leaks, to minimize damage to the facility.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Responsible for facility maintenance and management.
- Establish an efficient utility support systems, maintenance plan and facility operation hand menu.
- Inspect and monitor facility condition, find and solve problems promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- years experience in facility in manufacture industry.
- communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- in managing budgets and resources, be able to develop and implement cost-saving policies.
- with CAD software.
- commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in facility design and management.
- license of Electricity low and high voltage, senior level is preferred.
