Facility Technician

ABOUT THE JOB

In a team of 10 based in our historical Rayong manufacturing, you will work on the most innovative products of the Laundry and Beverage category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. ABOUT YOUR TASKS

- Work together with other department or section on all equipment of facility/ utility related issues to minimize downtime

- Evaluate equipment downtime, records and manage process to develop systematic actions to serve a good service to all stakeholders and to prevent reoccurrence to issues

- Generate report relating to plant facility, utility in term of MTBF performances, loss and etc.

- Continuous improvement of plant facility and utility regarding safety, efficiency & environmental needs

- Implement EPS 2.0 program for the plant, prepare plan, executing, continuously improve through PDCA

- Modify existing facility installation as and when the need arises and keep in line with technology changes

- Coordinate with subcontractor to ensure work is carried out as specified under safety term and supervise working provide to be in accordance with the agreement

- Comply with ISO systems which are ISO50001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001

- Inspect fire protection system including their equipment, sensors to identify and issues

- Coordinate with subcontractor to have third party to certify for LPG storage and circuit itself in order to comply with Thai legal

- Anti LPG leakage and Anti methane leakage

- Inspection, test a generator, fire pump, fire protection and another component itself to guarantee functionality

- Check and test if required for MDB,EMDB and all component itself to ensure they are performed in functional

- Coordinate with subcontractor who are defined for maintenance and inspection transformers, RMU, Electric distribution boxes, lighting arrester to ensure they are performed tin function and comply with Thai legal

- Coordinate with electrical provider, subcontractors who are in electrical work contract

- Take care solar roof top including coordinate work with solar roof top provider

- Inspection Machinery and Equipment by PM check sheet scheduled, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly

- Coordinate with Purchasing department order for parts, spare part, project work

- Monitor, control for the lighting system including an expansion as required

- Control for all security system, access entrance and CCTV

- Inventory control for any spare part which concerned job purpose

- Support scrap management

- Other duties as assigned and can see work detail in procedure of facility department

ABOUT YOU

- Diploma Electrical, Mechanical or Degree in Engineering field

- Minimum 1 year or experience in related field

- Demonstrated knowledge of facility and utility

- Self motivation and ability to communicate well with level of staff and external contacts

- Intermediate for English skill in writing, speaking and reading
