Key Responsibilities
- Manage field services for an assigned region or subgroup.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of UPS systems and batteries.
- Perform equipment maintenance, modifications, and repairs for AC & DC UPS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UPS issues on customer sites, providing detailed reports.
- Identify failure modes, determine root causes, and report findings.
- Address customer concerns as the company's representative.
- Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Offer 24/7 telephone support to customers.
- Promote and sell customer service products.
- Support spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly processes.
- Continuously improve on-site reporting and service procedures.
Key Requirement
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or UPS (fresh graduates considered).
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 90% (onshore & offshore).
- Proficient in English and Thai language.
- Ability to collaborate with various company departments.
- Technical expertise in commercial or industrial UPS systems.
- Familiar with Innosoft, CRM, and SAP.
- Knowledgeable in site report preparation processes.
- Willing to work in Bangkok or Rayong.
