Field Quality
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure identified risks have effective mitigation and communication plan and conduct risk assessment for field and area selection.
- Educate & train Production team, seasonal workers and growers for better understanding of CSP and GSPP Concept including Field Scoring System and Plant disease
- Execute and monitor risk analysis and action plan in Open field condition & GSPP related to the problem that may occur.
- Conduct crop inspections for hybrid and parent seed production fields & nursery at defined intervals/ set calendar per field scoring system guidelines with special focus on diseases.
- Execute field inspection covering all veggie crops and comply with field quality standard and align with Plant Quarantine Team for Phytosanitary Certification.
- Prepare corrective and preventive action for observed deviation and update the data in FIDO.
- Cooperate with Regional field quality to develops digitalization project to improve quality.
- Coordinate with production and FQ manager to develop CSP plans and strategies to align with global Field quality.
- Participate in genetic data analysis with Quality Support Centre before or during Production Area Analysis.
- Plan and conduct diagnosis tests in field/ basic lab to support cucurbits crop.
- Plan and arrange technical training on Sanitation, pH, Moisture and calibration process.
- Support ERT Team on investigating the root cause when the critical diseases are found, and report to FQA supervisor.
- Execute appropriate audits and program reviews to assess compliance with internal and external requirements to support Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) and ISO45001 and SHE activities related.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Master degree in Agricultural or other related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a seed production/seed industry setting
- Strong influencing
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
- Result oriented & Self motivated
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker who is process oriented
