We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support regional Finance and Accounts team. The candidate should be local to Thailand.
Junior AccountantResponsibilities in Thailand office:
- Posting and processing of journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded on time as per Global guidelines.
- The candidate should be local to Thailand.
- Update accounts receivable and issue Interco invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Prepare monthly payroll, expenses, tax filling and submission.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Processing and recording of vendor and international payments in books of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Maintenance of books Oracle and Zero
- Support to Global teams on their monthly/quarterly/yearly closings and other tasks (as defined by them on time to time basis)
