Job Description
- Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including compliance and reporting.
- Develop and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Partner with school leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- Optimize financial systems and drive shared service implementation.
- Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards.
- Lead and coach finance teams to achieve organizational goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred.
- Over 8 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Thai accounting standards.
- Experience with shared services and managing remote teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Oracle NetSuite.
- Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
