Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A for our manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, Statutory reporting, analysis, and strategic support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Oversee Full Set of Accounting (Mainly AP), reporting, and audit
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance against budget and forecast
- Prepare financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPD is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full set of accounting, financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English
- Ability to work independently in start-up environment
