Job Description

As a Finance and Operations Analyst, you will ensure the smooth functioning of Cube by providing exceptional support in accounting, finance, and administration operations across Thailand and other remote locations. We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounting Tasks:

  • Accounting and Financial Management: Perform accounting functions, including expense management, and prepare and analyze financial data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Coordinate with outsourced firms for the preparation of month-end financial reporting process, monthly and quarterly-end closing, tax returns and statutory reports, support vendor payment cycles, and other ad-hoc financial tasks
  • Audit Coordination: Work directly with the external audit team during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported and compliant with local Thai regulations and accounting standards
  • Provide general operational support for the Bangkok office and assist remote workers worldwide.

Requirements


Only local candidates currently residing in Thailand will be considered for this position.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience: Accounting and Finance Experience: 1-2 years managing core accounting and finance tasks, including expense reports, payroll, accounts receivable, finance assistance, and ensuring compliance with local reporting laws

Skills


  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Suite, and Microsoft Business applications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, essential for interacting effectively in our international environment
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High attention to detail and accuracy with a thorough and patient approach, ensuring precision in all tasks
  • Independence, Proactivity, and Time Management: Proactive and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and track progress effectively, and drive tasks to successful completion
  • Confidentiality: Exhibit the highest standards of confidentiality, maintaining discretion and safeguarding sensitive information
