Finance Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Financial Controller

Location: Ramindra 5 Junction 23 (BTS Saiyud)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BD & Financial Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial projection, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The Financial Controller will be part of the Business Development and Land Acquisition team to make decisions on acquiring new land plots for future projects and making deals with M&A. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare real estate development project budget, cash flow, and feasibility.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial projections and present the Budget to management.
• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Creating, adding, and deducting Budget via SAP Program.
• Ad-hoc task as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, and SAP systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
