Job Summary:
This job position is responsible in managing, controlling and consolidating the financial, accounting and tax operations within MAP Active in accordingly with the government regulations. Providing accurate and precise financial information of MAP Active for management as well as the shareholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance and Accounting Controller
- Direct and monitor the preparation of the division's expenditures budget
- Review the expenditures budget report and propose it to the Vice President Finance
- Monitor the implementation as well as create the variance report in the implementation
- Advise and review the financial report of the division
- Lead the preparation of all reports to external parties
- Control the cash flow report
- Provide direction on the tax planning report
- Ensuring compliance with statutory low and financial regulations
Employee's Growth
- Lead the performance review of the division
- Provide the division's key performance indicator
- Review individual position skills, results as well as potential for career development
- Oversee the implementation of the MAP human resources policies and programs
Liaise with External Party
- Liaise with the capital market officials for the reports of the company
- Ensuring compliance with statutory low and financial regulations
- Evaluating and managing risk, coordinating audit processes
Developing Plans for Finance & Accounting Strategies
- Developing finance and accounting strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity of improvements
Requirements:
- Education Min. Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting.
- Experience 10 year experience in the same/similar field, preferably experienced working in public accountant firm.
- Certifications / licenses - Accounting Professional Certificate Program (Ak). Brevet A & B.
- Special skills strong knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Standard & Basic Tax Regulation, analytical thinking & problem solving, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
