We go through your application and, when we feel that you'll be a good fit, we hook you up directly with the company. Requirements
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict future financial performance.
Cost Management:
Ensure cost controls are in place across the organization, analyze variances, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Internal Controls:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial processes, safeguarding company assets, and minimizing financial risk.
Compliance & Regulatory:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS). Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth and timely audit process.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee the company's cash flow management, including liquidity planning, working capital management, and investment decisions.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring the team's continuous development and alignment with business objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals. Provide insights on financial risks, opportunities, and trends.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, interest rates, and economic changes. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance the company's financial resilience.
