They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Finance Controller Manager to over their finance situation. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, P&L and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong experienced in the relative positions, strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the project.

- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with all regulations and financial policies.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure financial strategies align with project goals.

- Maintain financial records and manage relationships with stakeholders, including governmental entities.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills or expatriates fluent in Thai.

- A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance within a multinational or international company, preferably in the IT sector.

- Experience in managing finance for companies with 1000+ employees (preferably in the range of 2000-3000) with operational models such as Offshore Development Centers (ODC) or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT).

- Previous experience working on government projects is highly advantageous.

- Strong adaptability, proactivity, and flexibility in a fast-paced working environment.
