Position:
We are looking for a
Finance Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Reports to: Thailand CMD and Group CFO
Key external relationships: Auditors, Banks, and financial advisory firms.
Key internal relationships: Regional Finance Team, Finance Teams of each office, Partners and Advisers
Salary range: Competitive, varying based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Main duties
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with BOI regulations and other relevant financial laws and guidelines
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and present IFRS financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce requested financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Essential skills & proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance and at least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Computer literate (especially MS. Excel) & Good knowledge of accounting software
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
- Able to work within a team
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Desirable:
- Prior experience working at a professional services firm is an advantage
- Pursuing ACCA or equivalent is an advantage
- Prior experience working in a multinational workplace is an advantage
