Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for working with senior management to handle the administration and financials in an international investment holding company. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, and act as a business partner and providing financial reporting. The candidate must have strong mathematical, logical, and analytical skills. You will also be expected to give the management team advice and useful reporting for better decision-making. You will also be expected to coordinate with partners (Investment partners and banks).

Key tasks & Responsibilities

• Financial handling of investments including Private Equity Investment across countries and currencies
• Treasury handling: Ensure the groups liquidity and currencies are optimized
• Payments and bookkeeping for the company
• Calculate taxes for the company
• Be the first point of contact for investment partners
• Handle the transfer pricing documentation and report to authorities
• Stay on top of new regulations to make sure companies are always compliant with newest regulations
• Stay on top of the newest trends to work smarter (AI etc.)
• Prepare and present assigned reporting (Financial closing, budget)
• Be the closest financial sparring partner to direct report to ensure decisions are made with well-informed information
• Handle overseas transfers in multiple currencies
• Maintain, structure, and handle many documents related to investments and other relevant documents for the board to prepare direct report to perform at board meetings
• Take the lead on assigned projects
• Other Ad-Hoc assignments as requested

Qualifications:

• Relevant education
• Familiar and interest in international finances, investments and financial structures (including holding companies) is advantageous
• Familiar with IFRS Accounting standard is advantageous
• Highly detail-orientated and able to handle a constant stream of data and documents in a highly structured way
• Proficient in English, both written and speaking
• Experienced user in Microsoft Excel
