Task and responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to step into the financial world where one can gain experience and aim to become a mortgage advisor.

Advisor support team members are required to assist with all types of support work which includes assisting loan writers and pricing teams along with customer retention and growing business by having a customer-centric approach.

Core objectives include:

• Work with lending assessors and mortgage advisors on lending applications.
• Collect documents from the customer based on the application type, and save them against the client folder and enter data in the CRM.
• Ensure all the required documents are correct and in an acceptable format.
• Prepare bank-related documents for customers to sign and rate lock agreements based on the information provided by the advisor.
• Contacting customers for the fixed rate review, negotiating with the banks to get the best available rates.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the rate negotiation process.
• Managing the phone and email queue for the business.
• Assist the team in the day-to-day office management tasks.
