Role Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

Cost Management: Analyze and control costs to maximize profitability. Implement financial controls to manage expenses and ensure efficiency.

Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support business growth and operational improvements.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role is located in Phuket (Rawai) with the flexibility to work remotely from time to time.

Qualifications

• Formal accounting education
• Experience in Phuket
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
