Job Scope:
Responsible establishing performance dashboards, analyzing results and providing monthly report for INSEE Operational Excellence Workstream including both Manufacturing and Procurement Excellence. Lead in safeguarding Capital Expenditure of the Group and are executed in adherence to company defined policies, procedures, and processes. Lead in executing INDG strategy assuring financial and back office operational matters are efficiently organized, planned, and controlled.
Role & Responsibilities:
- IOpX: Maintain harmonized performance metrics for INSEE Operational Excellence Workstream including both Manufacturing and Procurement Excellence. Drive Manufacturing related business decision making with Variance Analysis depicting key drivers and highlighting aspects of the production process requiring decision making.
- IOpX: Establish a sustainable Reporting Structure for INSEE Operational Excellence Workstream including but not limited to periodic Performance Dashboards, Harmonized Manufacturing Technical Indicator Dashboards (example: Downtime, Idle Time, Thermal Energy Indicators), periodic audits/checks.
- IOpX: Analyze Group Manufacturing result and provide automated/ online report in monthly basis of the Group Manufacturing performance and initiative dashboard. Ensure that all manufacturing processes and reporting are in compliance with the INSEE Accounting and Reporting Principles.
- Capex: Provide and analyze CAPEX performance reporting and tracking and coordinate and facilitate CAPEX management process across group companies.
- Capex: Support overall CAPEX process within the Group inclusive of planning (LE, BG, FP), Reporting (GEXCO, EXCO, CXCOM), approval process, funding release and performance tracking to assure streamline operations with optimum efficiencies.
- INDG: Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all financial reports, forecast and transactions, accounting records by review of reconciliations, balances and reports. Review and report financial and operational performance analysis.
- INDG: Support in streamlining processes, policies, procedures and internal controls to achieve speed and productivity while assuring compliance to tax, laws, policies, procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production controlling in the manufacturing sector (preferably in the Cement Industry) with an understanding of key performance indicators and cost drivers of different business processes
- Strong financial analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP FI, CO and PP modules
- Strong Communication and work under pressure
