The role of FM&E is to be responsible in coordinating and management execution of finance related projects and initiatives across Finance and Accounting functions. This includes improvement in internal process in the Finance team as well as drive execution across organization to improve P&L. List of internal process includes and not limited to financial analysis, monthly forecasting, cost optimization credit cost management, and ad-hoc analyses. With support from Head of Financial Controller, FM&E role will have the responsibility to coordinate and manage execution (monitoring and escalating) with related functions of each projects/initiative together with their leaders.

Job Description
- Understand and leverage on BAU tasks in Finance and Accounting functions to be able to connect the dots and be able recommend/prioritize improvement needed.
- Be on top of initiative lists of overall Finance team, monitor progress, follow thru to see execution.
- Leverage on resource across teams in Finance to turnaround on critical tasks, e.g. ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and reporting, which detailed below.
- Manage the financial aspects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions for Card, Collection and Loan business.
- Conduct economic profit report & analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics.
- Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified and variance analysis.
- Develop, coordinate, manage and report budgets and rolling forecasts to reflect the latest target with up-to-date situation.
- Monitor budgeted spending including CAPEX investment by division.
- Manage company top line & NPL monitoring / analysis & forecasting.
- Provide ad-hoc support to executive and key business projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation of financial analysis.
- Strong project management background.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make well-reasoned decisions with strong competency on prioritization and task management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiar with banking industry and products is a plus.
