Job Title: Fleet Manager
Job Description: As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategies, managing key account sales strategies, and public and private enterprise retail strategies. You will also ensure coordination with regional teams to achieve the company's sales targets and market competitiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing price and volume negotiations and managing channel incentive processes to ensure effective implementation of channel business strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of comprehensive retail strategies based on the company's product and competitive market environment, including but not limited to product pricing, promotional activities, and the development of sales channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts to meet the needs of specific customer groups while increasing market share.
- Formulate public and private enterprise retail strategies to adapt to the special needs of government and corporate clients, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure the implementation of retail strategies and monitor and evaluate results.
- Execute price and volume negotiations, conducting effective business communications with suppliers and partners to secure the best possible terms.
- Manage the channel incentive process to ensure incentive measures effectively enhance the performance and loyalty of sales channels.
- Coordinate with regional teams to conduct channel business strategy negotiations safely and efficiently, ensuring the maximization of company interests.
- Manage the implementation of channel incentives to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or sales management, with experience working in competitive market environments.
- Familiarity with retail business processes and market dynamics, with strong market analysis and forecasting abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, capable of establishing and maintaining good relationships with various partners.
- Excellent project management and team collaboration abilities, leading teams to achieve goals.
- Good data analysis skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
