Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok City, Thailand for a Junior Food Scientist at Sai Yok Springs. The Junior Food Scientist will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) activities, utilizing laboratory skills and techniques to analyze and test food samples, and applying food technology principles to develop new food and beverage products.
Qualifications
- Food Science and Food Technology skills
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) in the food industry
- Laboratory Skills for food analysis and testing
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry and trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
