Receptionist Front Office
Job Summary
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting
guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries etc.
Primary Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable, Give visitors badges and
direct them to where they can sign in.
Welcome VIPs and executive interview candidates and facilitate interaction with the
employee they wish to meet.
Answer phone calls , Route calls to specific people where necessary.
Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Coordinate office activities.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Take and relay messages.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Education Qualifications ;
Graduate
Experience : 2-5 years with Corporates handling similar role , or with the Hotels
