Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Amatara Welleisure Resort in Phuket. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and professional environment for guests.

• Office Administration and Front Office management skills
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
