Responsibilities:
- Develop and design software solutions, applications, and features, emphasizing micro front-end architecture to create scalable and robust applications.
- Lead and guide a team of front-end engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Direct complex implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet technical requirements.
- Drive technical excellence by promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, while continuously exploring new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that front-end development aligns with business goals and delivers outstanding user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of proven work experience in frontend software development
- More than 3-5 years of proven experience in leading/managing a technical team
- Strong background in using ReactJS, Angular, and/or VueJS
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Have experience with CI/CD and Unit Testing
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with Agile methodology
