Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full stack developer & technical co-founder to join our team and lead the technology department. As the technical co-founder, you will be responsible for driving and building the technology vision and strategy for the company, as well as managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technology solutions. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and other key stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with the overall business goals and objectives.

Tech Stack: MERN. AWS. NextJs.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 6 years on Next.Js and MERN stack development with previous experience working in Early Stage Startups only.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's web applications using Next.js and MERN stack.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technology, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a technology team.
• Expertise in software development, engineering, and architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects and initiatives.
• Experience working in a start-up environment, with a strong understanding of how to build scalable, agile, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation:

• Only Equity without salary for minimum 6 months

Probation Period:

• 6 months
