Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the GA function in the factory, which includes the canteen service, company conveyance, bus services as well as employee service such as uniform
Ensure the company's requirements are met by managing the GA outsource contract and operation services
Communicate GA regulations and activities to employees on relative issue
Oversee all company's licenses that are associated with GA in order to comply with legal requirements, including signboard and building tax. And monitoring
Establish and monitoring a GA budget & expenses to adhere to the budget plan
Maintain the stock of employee uniforms and distribute them to employees.
Conduct communication with other departments to provide support for the company project as assigned
Assist the security manager in ensuring that the security function adheres to the security compliance standards (EAL6 and Intergraf15374)
Ensure that security guards are adhering to security requirements by managing them
Qualification
At least 5 years of working experience in General Affair and as Security Function
Working experience in large manufacturing industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Thai and English
