Gas Procurement/Crude Trader (Management level)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement gas procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring reliable supply.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with gas suppliers to secure competitive contracts.
• Monitor gas markets, trends, and pricing to make informed procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand gas demand forecasts and requirements.
• Manage contract negotiations, terms, and agreements with gas suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze gas supply contracts to mitigate risks and maximize value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key gas suppliers and industry partners.
• Provide regular reports and updates on gas procurement activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in gas procurement, energy trading, crude trading or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of gas markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record in negotiating gas supply contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the gas industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and gas procurement software.
