Description
Integrated Project Management in Digital Transformation Projects in Automotive and Manufacturing Customers with IT system and Digital Tool implementation such as DMS and ERP
Work as Project Manager or Project Management Office Member in customer's Digital Transformation projects mainly in Automotive/Manufacturing customers in Thailand (and potentially other countries in ASEAN & Japan)
Provide Integrated Project Management service which is to lead & manage project by integrating multiple entities within customer (Management & Operation, Business Departments & IT) and Vendors to achieve the goal of the project successfully. Expect to work on behalf of customer, but not as vendor.
Define Overall Project Plan and SOW among stakeholders (customer, vendors) with consistency and manage vendors progress, issues/risks.
Manage Progress, Issue and risks, propose countermeasure to the issues/Risk to support customer decision making. Support customer's project manager to report to their executive management.
Support customer to define requirements to IT system (especially DMS, ERP) and coordinate with the vendor.
Support customer to verify system quality by providing Testing strategy and manage the Testing progress & quality.
Support customer on user Change Management by deploying new IT system & Digital Tools.
Grow Integrated Project Mgmt service by hiring new Local members under direction from supervisor.
