Job Summary:
- Lead and responsible for managing the international sales and marketing in accordance with the company's polices and strategic goals.
- Set the direction and plan for both existing and new products development towards the sustainable brand growth including developing new customers and loyalty amongst existing customers in order to achieve sales goals and create customer satisfaction.
Responsibility:
- Plan, study and analyze information related to international sales, support sales promotion, coordinate and negotiate with relevant parties. and push for trade relations.
- Study & analyze data / target group / customer / network related to international sales and manage the brand's awareness to be acceptable and accessible to the target customers.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers, taking care and visiting existing old customers. Sell products and services, estimate sales forecast and take responsibility for debt collection.
- Coordinate and negotiate with customers to make appointments and provide information and services to customers, including making decisions/matters of commercial contracts, products and services related to the Premier Group.
- Provide opinions and suggestions as well as solutions that are linked from the study and analysis of data/market/financial/legal to be used for analyzing the expected trading ability with the potential customers that will be the main customer group (Key Account).
- Expand the various sales channels and develop good relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers to achieve sales targets and ensuring that products are delivered as plan
- Take care, give advice and solve problems for customers in terms of products and services to make customers satisfied and order continuously.
- Follow up and coordinate with relevant agencies. Let customers receive the products according to the agreement, both existing products. and new products.
- Take care and follow up on receiving payments from various customers to meet the goals.
- Able to travel abroad to do the assigned work to generate sales and or new customers.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Experiences at least 10 years in foreign Sales and Marketing at management level, Pet Business is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the global market and be able to develop effective sales & marketing strategies that increase revenue.
- Good English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure with result oriented
- Able to travel abroad
- Able to work every other Saturdays
