Job Responsibility:
Process Design and Optimization: Take full ownership of the SAP template, ensuring its alignment with business needs and process standardization across the organization. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency
Data Governance and Management: Apply data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data within the process domain. Define and enforce data quality controls, data classification, data ownership, and data lifecycle management practices
Process Governance and Management: Establish process governance frameworks, including ownership, roles, responsibilities, within the process domain.Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures
BU Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on process and data-related matters to stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate process and data workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive adoption and continuous improvement
Performance tracking and reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process and data performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on process and data performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities
Continuous improvement and innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to process management and data governance. Regularly benchmark Thai Union's processes against industry best practices to drive a culture of continuous improvement and competitiveness
Process Design and Optimization:

- Define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes within the process domain, considering industry best practices and organizational requirements
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency
- Optimize business processes with a focus on standardization, consolidation and harmonization
- Identify and evaluate business requirements in terms of impact on existing and viability of new business processes to be designed
- Ensure process compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal policies
Data Governance and Management
- Apply data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data within the process domain
- Define and enforce data quality controls, data classification, data ownership, and data lifecycle management practices
- Collaborate with data stakeholders to identify data needs, define data standards, and ensure data compliance
- Coordinate and communicate any changes to IT systems related to the data element with the IT Coordinator to ensure system alignment with updated data standards
- Drive data management initiatives, including data integration, data cleansing, and data stewardship activities
- Represent the process domain in the Data Governance Council to advocate for data needs and priorities, and serve as an escalation point for element-related issues.
- Review risk assessment process for the Segregation of Duties in SAP, approving high-risk conflicts and suggesting mitigation plans
- Conduct annual review of SAP authorization
Process Governance and Management
- Establish process governance frameworks, including ownership, roles, responsibilities, within the process domain
- Evaluate and approve requests for changes to the SAP template
- Ensure adherence to process governance standards and identify areas of non-compliance or risk
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures
- Continuously monitor for potential compliance risks, ensuring that processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
BU Collaboration
- Engage with senior leaders within the OpCos, department heads, and stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and data requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization
- Implement a top-down assignment approach for OpCo meeting participation, enhancing Stakeholder Accountability and increasing GPDO's role in driving OpCo engagement and outcomes
- Conduct regular OpCo Management Meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment on process and data governance objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on process and data-related matters to stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate process and data workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive adoption and continuous improvement
- Secure HR commitment and follow-up to support change management initiatives, training programs, and the development of process and data management skills within the organization
- Champion a yearly authorization review process for domain with business stakeholders and domain key users
- Promote an open feedback loop with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of transparency and shared accountability
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process and data performance and identify areas for improvement
- Integrate advanced KPIs that track the impact of process and data governance on Thai Union's strategic objectives, including metrics for customer satisfaction, environmental impact, and operational efficiency tied directly to process improvements and data accuracy
- Monitor and evaluate process and data performance against established metrics and targets, and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on process and data performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on process and data performance analysis
- Regularly monitor and track Governance frameworks, integrating a robust RAPID decision-making framework to support strategic process decisions
Key User Management
- Establish a structured approach to KU Selection, including performance assessment, to ensure alignment with OpCo requirements and performance standards
- Establish and support a sustainable Key User Support (KUS) structure to prevent Key User (KU) overload by ensuring adequate resources, tools, and support for balanced work distribution
- Strengthen GPDO authority over KUs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication channels
- Develop structured development pathways to build KU skills, engagement, and long-term success in the role
Demand Process
- Ensure alignment of demand requests with business stakeholders, including Key Users and cross functional domains, validating requirements and prioritizing based on organizational impact and resource feasibility.
- Review and assess demand requests from Authorized Requestors for validity and budget sufficiency, making informed decisions on approval or rejection.
- Act as a demand requester for demands required at the global level
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to process management and data governance
- Regularly benchmark Thai Union's processes against industry best practices to drive a culture of continuous improvement and competitiveness
- Drive process and data innovation initiatives, exploring opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and optimization
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting process and data improvement ideas from employees at all levels
- Champion the adoption of process improvement methodologies, data governance frameworks, and data management practices to drive efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making
- Oversee dedicated budgeting for process and data governance innovations, ensuring key users resources are allocated to support emerging technologies
- Proactively manage key users resources to sustain ongoing improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, data management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in process management, data governance, data management, or related roles, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of process design methodologies, process mapping, data governance frameworks, and data management best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data-related challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Change management expertise to drive process and data adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools, data governance tools, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- SAP know-how and competence, including knowledge of relevant SAP solutions.
