As the Group CFO, you will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing financial operations worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a unified global financial strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals, adapting to global market changes.
- Lead and mentor financial teams across multiple international locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative global finance community.
- Oversee the global budgeting and financial planning process, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and implementing cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to the CEO, board, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive global risk management strategies, continuously monitoring and mitigating financial risks associated with international operations.
- Optimize global cash flow, liquidity, and currency risk management strategies.
- Oversee global capital allocation strategies, considering diverse international markets and opportunities.
- Ensure global compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's degree and CPA preferred).
