Job Description

Report to: Head of Consulting

What will you do

  • Communicate with business partners to understand their needs to help develop new strategic insights
  • Identify marketing channels, solutions, ideas that will efficiently drive new customers to the brand and increase conversion, retention, or revenue
  • Works with peers on the data team, product team, and functional teams in order to watch for opportunities to improve suggest changes in the product as necessary with the goal to improve the conversion rate and retention by coming up with creative growth strategies
  • Iterate tests with product manager to make sure their ideas can work
  • Able to advise the marketing tools such as AppsFlyers, OneSignal, Firebase services, etc, base on the business requirements and be able to define and estimate the functionality impact in the development process
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to understand ecosystems, behavioral trends, and long-term trends
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to get new opportunities / potential risk / operation improvement across corporate functions through the statistics and visibility tools
  • Support data-driven decisions by statistical hypothesis testing by doing A/B testing or any other ways which be able to measure the business metrics
  • Communicate insights to business users with ability to break down technical concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Explain business outcomes by identifying drivers, and suggest actions to address any issues
  • Document every action in either issue or the handbook, so your learnings turn into repeatable actions

What will you need

  • Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Braze, MixPanel, etc.
  • Familiar with the product improvement and optimization processes such as A/B testing process or feature improvement based on user-centric and data-driven
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns or social media platform to engage, inform, and appeal view of customers significantly
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Team player and leader critical, self-initiator is highly valued, as well as positive and good attitude thinking
  • Good understanding of statistics and data modeling techniques
  • A product mindset - Understand business requirements, be able to give a constructive feedback, and define key metrics which address the business problems for enhancing product's impact

Who are you

  • Fluent communication skills in both Thai and English language
  • 3+ years professional experience in an marketing role
  • Know marketing/digital marketing tools to increase sales volume especially Social Media Channel
  • Experience to monitoring team in international/ Global market
