Job Description
Welcome guests during check-in and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures. Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
Desired experience for guest relations executive includes:
Is organised both personally and professionally
Is able to take details of function requests and pass onto manager
Takes responsibility to complete own probationary and appraisal paper work as required
Actively engages with colleagues and customers at all times
Prepare welcome letters for all VIP guestss
Ensures problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of Manager
