Zipcode is seeking a highly motivated Head of Accounting & Finance to oversee our finance department. She/He will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Management
- Develop and execute financial strategies and policies in alignment with Zipcodes growth goals and objectives.
- Oversee long-term financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive team to support decision-making, mitigate risk, and drive business growth.
Accounting Management
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of general ledger, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant accounting standard to maintain good governance.
Financial Operations
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee asset management and project cost control to ensure maximized returns.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions and optimization of working capital to ensure operational efficiency and liquidity.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analysis, and key performance indicators to executive team to support business growth.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide support during audits, ensuring adherence to audit requirements and maintaining compliance with international standards.
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance/accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven 7 years of experiences in a senior financial management role, with a track record of success in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and manage the productivity.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (accounting system) and Real estate background will be a BIG PLUS.
