Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Improve Brand Values via effective marketing strategy. You will develop a vision and strong brand position and own the brand and identity.
• Develop national marketing strategy and programs.
• Drive a Business-to-Business and Business to consumer marketing strategy to attract new tenants and consumers.
• Create Digital and Social Media marketing communication strategy, Develop digital social media and other innovative channels marketing communication strategy to drive the traffic and increase visitation.
• Improve tenant's and customer's satisfaction: Improve tenant's and customer's satisfaction by implementing attractive and innovative marketing activities / campaigns.
• Transform customer experience: Transform customer experience by uncovering insights and trends to develop new marketing strategy to continually deliver new customer / tenants omni experience.

The Successful Applicant

Are you a dynamic and proactive innovator with a proven track record in omnichannel marketing communication and brand strategy for retail.

You will have a proven track record to inspire change, cultivate relationships, and drive results in a previous roles and been in either retail or the FMCG industry.
