We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand Strategy and Communications to lead brand architecture, elevate customer engagement, and drive our company's brand forward. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is essential in shaping LINE's brand presence across Thailand and will play a critical role in building a cohesive brand architecture for our full suite of products and services. We are looking for a strategic leader with strong structured thinking, the ability to understand customer insights, and adaptability to drive results in the tech industry.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and execute an integrated brand strategy, aligned with company-wide business objectives, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all LINE's products and services (i.e. LINE's B2B/B2C solutions)
- Lead brand architecture initiatives to create a unified and cohesive brand experience for all products, supporting cross-functional teams to embed brand strategy in product development, customer experience, and marketing
- Enhance brand health and equity by maintaining a strong and positive market presence through strategic storytelling and innovative brand campaigns
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive synergy in brand messaging, customer experience, and user engagement, working closely with Product, Insights, and other teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends, identify new growth opportunities, and pivot brand strategies as needed
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering an environment that values innovation, creativity, and continuous professional growth
- Strengthen brand awareness and perception by defining a brand narrative that resonates deeply with our target audience and reflects our commitment to a WOW digital experience
- Leverage data and insights to continuously refine brand and communication strategies, optimizing for user engagement, brand perception, and business impact
- Act as a key internal consultant, advising business units and leaders on strategies to drive brand growth and meet KPIs
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize ROI on brand initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources
- Engage with stakeholders and influencers to maintain strong partnerships, represent LINE's vision, and champion our brand within the industry
[Qualifications]
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in brand development, strategic planning, marketing communications, or related roles
- Proven track record of leading and building brand architecture and brand strategy
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing in the tech industry
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, customer insights/behavior, and engagement metrics
- Exceptional leadership skills: Experience in senior people management, with a track record of influencing and managing a high-performing team and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences
- Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and a results-driven approach to performance tracking and improvement
- Adaptability and resilience, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving industry
