Position: Head of Data IT Security

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data and IT security strategies and policies.
- Monitor the banks IT systems for security breaches and manage incident response.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the banks operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and IT security within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, threats, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
