Job Description:
Labor Law
- Serve as a legal advisor on labor law issues for the bank's departments.
- Manage dispute resolution and internal grievances within the bank and coordinate to resolve them.
- Liaise with government agencies on matters related to labor law.
- Provide advice and oversee the operations of various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
Labor Relations / Labor union
- Act as a representative in negotiations with labor unions.
- Establish and update work regulations, employee policies, and employee welfare regulations.
- Foster and maintain good relationships between the bank and its employees.
Disciplinary Action
- Act as the central point for disciplinary actions and employee disciplinary investigations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and units in handling disciplinary matters.
- Conduct disciplinary actions and manage dispute resolution and internal grievances within the
Qualification:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in human resource management, political science, Law, or other related fields.
- More than 10 years experience in Labor Law / Labor union
- Very Good understanding in labor law / labor union
- Experience of conducting investigative interviews is essential.
- Management Level and Good team management skills
- Strong Communication skill in English (both speaking and writing)
