Job Description:
- Define dynamic resource allocation guideline that support KBank's strategic direction and new business opportunities
- Evaluate resource utilization and cost efficiency, variance analysis, and long-term implication then provide recommendation for decision making on spending effectiveness
- Control end-to-end budget process, increase efficiency and flexibility while maintaining budget transparency and discipline
- Drive cost and productivity management initiatives throughout the organization
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in accounting, finance, engineering or related field
- Experience in expense management, resource allocation
- Background from banking industry is a priority
- Understanding in banking and non-banking business. Tech / startup is also welcomed
