Job Description

As the leader of the hotel group, you will be entrusted with the important responsibility of managing our hotel portfolio to meet revenue targets. Your expertise and vision will play a key role in driving growth and profits. To ensure our guests receive excellent service and a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the hotel general managers/hotel managers to develop and execute hotel strategies to enhance the customer and employee experience
  • Consolidate and review the annual budget for the hotel's operations. Then, closely monitor the budget to ensure adherence.
  • Support hotels in the pipeline in achieving their revenue targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and gross operating profit (GOP).
  • Position hotels based on a value proposition and other marketing activities
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue management
  • Ensure maintenance and capital plans are in place to protect and enhance the hotel's assets
  • Ensure that all properties reflect brand service requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. Other languages have an advantage.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial modeling and P&L.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience as General Manager or similar role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting.
  • Proven and strong people management experience.
  • Hands-on and focused on delivering results with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership skills, understanding the big picture, and driving the company objectives in his/her area.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and natural ability to encourage sharing & reapplying.
  • Strong commercial and revenue management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
