Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the hotel general managers/hotel managers to develop and execute hotel strategies to enhance the customer and employee experience
- Consolidate and review the annual budget for the hotel's operations. Then, closely monitor the budget to ensure adherence.
- Support hotels in the pipeline in achieving their revenue targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and gross operating profit (GOP).
- Position hotels based on a value proposition and other marketing activities
- Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue management
- Ensure maintenance and capital plans are in place to protect and enhance the hotel's assets
- Ensure that all properties reflect brand service requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills. Other languages have an advantage.
- Have a strong understanding of financial modeling and P&L.
Experience
- 5 years of experience as General Manager or similar role.

- Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting.
- Proven and strong people management experience.
- Hands-on and focused on delivering results with great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Strong leadership skills, understanding the big picture, and driving the company objectives in his/her area.

- Strong commercial and revenue management skills.
- Fluency in English.
