Head of HR Client Services - Outsourcing

We are currently seeking a Head of HR Client Services for our Outsourcing division based in Bangkok

Reporting directly into the Head of Outsourcing, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and driven individual with 5-6 years experience in Human resource operations in an Outsourcing company. The role will be responsible to lead, manage, drive and develop the HR client services team, work with a number of clients where Outsourcing services are being provided and includes leading various teams to manage end to end HR Operations, Financial & Cost Management, Service & Project Management and working across both internal and on site teams to deliver the required results.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have following skills and experience

• Prior experience of 5-6 years in Human Resources Outsourcing
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business administration
• Strong in stakeholder management, team management and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Thai Labor Law
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
• Fluent in English & Thai communication skills
