Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall leadership and direction in all aspects of Digital/IT management activities.
Ensure that all IT Infrastructure and Information Systems are operating according to business needs.
Manage the company strategic IT projects and ensure they are completed on-time, on-budget and its deliverables are achieved.
Participate in key strategies (e.g., developing Digital/IT Strategy), decisions (e.g., selection of external partners, business plans/priorities), and support the company strategy where appropriate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Managerial Roles
Develop and implement Digital/IT strategy, goal and objectives setting.
Responsible in all aspects of the Digital/IT management activities, including talent management, budget processes, selection of strategic business partners, etc.
Responsible for developing and managing relationship between Digital/IT and the Business to ensure that all Stakeholders expectations are met or exceeded.
Define resources requirements and retain talents.
IT Services
Manage IT service delivery to the Business according to defined business needs.
Define and enforce IT Standard Operational Procedures according to business requirements.
Ensure that the Business Systems and Infrastructure are operating effectively.
Standardized enterprise system platform and computer resources to achieve total cost of ownership.
IT Security
Develop and implement the enterprise IT security standards and policies.
Enforce IT security policy, SOPs, and data confidentiality.
Conduct security assessment and mitigate risks.
Ensure IT assets and system documents are well maintained and updated.
Systems Development and Enhancement
Collaborate with internal users to determine their business requirements and identify the best solution that align with the requirements.
Engage with vendors to facilitate the development of implementation of the solution.
Stay current with advancements in technology.
Deliver work on agreed schedule with no errors and meet users requirement
Digital / Innovation
Identify new technology, design, develop and deliver new digital solutions to support business opportunities
Continuous researching and evaluating digital / new technologies.
Project / Continuous Improvement:
People Management

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.
Strong prior leadership quality demonstrated.
Business acumen skills balanced with Digital/IT knowledge, plus budgeting, planning and presentation skills.
10+ years information technology experience with minimum 3+ years experience at management level
5+ years experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and project management is required.
Experience with Microsoft Server OS, SQL Server administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft IIS configuration, VMWare, Cisco equipment (firewall, switches, routers, VTC and VoIP) and Wi-Fi infrastructure is desired.
Experience in Cloud Services would be an advantage.
Good command of English both speaking and written communication.
