We're looking for Marketing and Communications Head to drive the re-branding journey of our 40-years-old brand.
Responsibilities
Branding
1.Ensure all communication and marketing materials implement according to the brand guideline
2.Coordinate with every departments to ensure smooth execution on marketing program, new product launch, special events from setup to completion.
3.Develop brand communication strategies.
Marketing
1.Lead online and offline team to implement marketing programs.
2.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors/ activities and customer experience.
3.Coordinate with every departments for a successful customer journey.
4.Strategies marketing plan of both online and offline channels (such as website, Facebook, LINE OA, Tik Tok, Google) to drive brand recognition and sales. Along with offline media such as exhibitions, brochures and building decors.
Product Development
1.Work with R&D to develop successful new products through identifying the trends and developing product launch strategies.
Sales Support
1.Train and support sales about brand communication.
2.Develop marketing strategies to support sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications
- Thai and English communication
- Sense of design
