At TDG, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the marketing strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Define marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets, and develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Brand Development and Positioning:
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the organization.
Define the brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for digital solutions, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop and implement brand awareness and reputation management strategies to enhance the organization's digital brand presence.
Marketing Communications and Collateral:
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including websites, brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling marketing content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of digital solutions.
Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and lead generation for digital solutions.
Manage digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing efforts to maximize online visibility and generate qualified leads.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage the Marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team.
Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensure clear communication, and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
Experience with brand development, positioning, and reputation management.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Familiarity with product regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing communications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
