Job Scop:
1.Charged for all acquisition-related marketing & digital marketing management
2.Oversee brand & product marketing management for primary bank products (transactional deposit account & debit card) & credit cards products
3. Charged for E2E marketing ( insights to marketing strategy , to executions and to measurement)
- Pinpoint commercial opportunities based on external consumer / market insights & internal customer data from profiling to patterned behaviors
- Deliver customer value proposition & market positioning through strong IMC & go-to-market delivery plans
- Design customer journey & target experience in each touch point / distribution channel
- Manage end-to-end go - to- market executions & all performance -related tracking i.e. brand & marketing performance, business performance & financial performance
- Manage annual marketing budget & ensure optimized returns
- Deliver various in-depth analysis related to business, customer, and post-marketing campaign
4. Manage a team of 10+ people
Qualifications.
- 12-15 Years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree
- Background in brand / marketing management
- Familiar with financial industry
