Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the overall quality assurance team, defining OKRs aligned with the organizational charter.
Establish quality and reliability standards by collaborating with management, product teams, operations, DevOps, and engineers to meet product and consumer requirements.
Maintain a robust corrective action process aimed at preventing future defects, focusing on early detection and resolution of issues, mistake-proofing, and eliminating process flaws.
Supervise all project staff, resolve conflicts, and assist project teams in achieving their objectives.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Drive innovation and automation across all aspects of the software delivery pipeline to production.
Background/ Experience
Proven experience in creating quality assurance strategies and scaling teams across multiple projects.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in people management.
Must have experience managing a team of 80+ staff.
Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
