- Drive Financial performance: Focus on achieving financial outcomes, with specific deliverables including increasing EBITDA and optimizing occupancy rates to ensure our properties are not only desirable but also financially successful.

- Leverage your extensive network and expertise in local and global markets to forge powerful partnerships that will open doors and drive success.

The Successful Applicant
You must come with with a proven track record in the commercial real estate industry and have a deep understanding of the market dynamics. You will come with a proven track record in commercial office leasing and a successful track record in driving results. Team leadership experience is essential.
