Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Sales & Trade Marketing Team Management: lead, manage and inspire a team of sales (based in various locations across Thailand) and trade marketing personnel
  • Key Account Management: Support management of relationships with the biggest outlets.
  • Distributor Management: ensure seamless integration of sales, distribution and trade marketing efforts with distributor and wholesaler partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders. Foster a strong community around the brand.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Support the team to close deals and achieve sales targets. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Trade marketing planning and execution: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful brand activation & execution.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the market. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree

Industry Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in alcohol/FMCG is a plus

Position Experiences: Minimum 5 years in sales and the Food and Beverage industry

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Driven and ambitious aligned with ABI Culture
  • Intellectual firepower and balanced skillset (numbers, presentation, interpersonal, organizational)
  • Can work under pressure with quick last-minute changes.
  • Passion in drinking, going out and socializing
  • Alcoholic & consumer beverage work experience are preferred

Others requirement:

  • Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
  • Good time management skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent team player & able to develop strong relationships with colleagues & customers
  • Agility & willingness to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on attitude and an attention to details
  • Strong personality to manage customer relationships and objections.
