Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive wholesale business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to effectively promote and sell products to wholesale clients.
• Establish strong relationships with key wholesale accounts and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor sales metrics and preparing regular reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree may be preferred for senior positions.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in wholesale or B2B sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for informed decision-making.
